Kingswood Group are pleased to be supporting with the recruitment of a Learning & Development Coordinator, based in Bristol, on a permanent basis.
Working as part of a team, this role will provide support the L&D function. This is a hybrid position with regular travel to other offices.
Duties to include;
- Be the first point of contact for all L&D queries
- Co-ordination of all pre-event administration & logistical processes for various courses and development programmes
- Prompt processing of training related invoices.
- Live logistical support during our courses and development programmes to ensure a high quality experience for all attendees
- Support the implementation of L&D projects from time to time
Experience required;
- Previous L&D or HR Administration experience
- The ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise
- High attention to detail
