People & Operations Associate

Role Overview: We seek a dynamic People & Operations Associate for our small, friendly London office. This role supports various functions, ensuring smooth office operations and fostering a positive work environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Recent graduate with 12+ months exposure to Operations, Office Management, HR, or Marketing.
- Enthusiastic and team-oriented.
Key Responsibilities: Operations & Office:
- First point of contact for candidates and clients.
- Office manager, ordering and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate team meetings and social events.
- Act as safety officer, manage office upkeep, supplies, and equipment.
- Support data and CRM projects, manage Bullhorn Analytics, LinkedIn licenses, and employee travel.
- Maintain organisation chart and assist with RFPs/tenders.
- Manage partnership with external servuce suppliers (cleaners, building manager etc.)
Human Resources:
- Assist with the full employee lifecycle.
- Manage internal recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, benefits research, and training workshops.
- Handle employee satisfaction surveys and charity relationships.
- Support employee wellbeing and organise birthday gifts.
- Maintain company policies and staff database.
Marketing:
Be the voice of the company for London - promote company news, celebrations, blogs, and team activities. This can include:
- Promote company news, blogs, and activities.
- Assist with newsletters, social media content, and biweekly marketing meetings.
