Legal Secretary Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the Commercial Real Estate team
- Manage new enquiries, ensuring efficient triage and follow-up
- Handle filing, billing, and credit control tasks
- Assist with Land Registry applications
- Manage diaries and perform general secretarial duties
- Support the team in all aspects of non-legal advisor work
Legal Secretary Requirements:
- You will have previous legal experience as a secretary or administrator, ideally in property or real estate
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in a busy, professional environment
