They are looking for someone who has strong previous property management experience, as well as someone who has excellent verbal and written communication skills!

Property Manager Duties:
- Preparing the service charge budget
- Working with the accounts team making sure service charge accounts are prepared and approved
- Day to day maintenance of the properties and buildings
- Liaising with contractors
- Approving invoices from contractors
- Organising and attending directors' meetings
- Managing site staff such as cleaners and maintenance
