We are seeking experienced Support Workers to help support to residents within a Hostel/Housing in Bury St Edmunds and are able to offer a variety of earlies, lates, long days and nights with immediate starts available*.

Day to day of the role:
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents within a Hostel/Housing in Bury St Edmunds.
- Assist with daily living activities and ensuring the comfort and safety of residents.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver personalised care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions and well-being.
- Maintain a compassionate, respectful, and professional approach to care at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months UK experience as a Support Worker, Housing officer or similar
- The right to work in the UK - We are NOT able to offer Sponsorship
- Commitment to complete compliance requirements with Reed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others.
