- Contributing to the delivery of strategic improvements to the service and other corporate, cross-cutting priorities
- Working with applicants that are currently within the temporary accommodation
- Doing administrative paperwork in a timely manner
- Supporting the management of the service
- Providing holistic and accurate housing advice
