Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and collating customer order information ??
- Processing orders on an in-house database system ?
- Liaising with transportation companies to obtain express shipment quotations ??
- Communicating, coordinating, and planning with the internal sales team ??
- Organising outstanding reports and ensuring smooth operations ??
- Creating customer invoices and maintaining accurate records ????
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively ??
- Previous experience in administration to hit the ground running ??
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ?????
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic ??
- Competent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel ???
