Do you have a creative mindset and passion for driving online platform growth?
An exciting opportunity for anexperienced Marketing Manager to join a well-established team in a forward-thinking company, specialising within the Construction industry. This role is for a motivated individual with a good eye for detail and enthusiasm with solid customer services skills.
A day in the life of a Marketing Manager will include:
- Working with internal teams,
creating engaging content
for marketing campaigns
- Executing Internal and External communications such as Mailers and surveys
- Attending, shadowing, and documenting
staff at viewing, maintenance, and inspection appointments
- Managing social media
posts whilst successfully promoting
engagement and insights
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns using research and current trending topics.
- Creating digital content and graphics
- Confidently filming and participating in promotional
customer testimonials
- Arranging events
to attend and following leads to increase profitability and client base.
- Act as a positive ambassador for the company.
- Any other duties required.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Educated ideally with a Marketing degree or equivalent.
- Experience or knowledge within
Construction industry
would be a significant advantage.
- Creative and not afraid to think outside of the box!
- A positive can-do attitude
- Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work well in a team as well as individually.
- Willingness to work
flexibly
where required.
- Organised and able to prioritise your workload.
