Litigation Solicitor:
We have partnered with an exceptional multi-office law firm based in Surrey, who are currently looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis. This law firm has won a number of accolades over the past year and is quickly becoming one of the most successful firms within the area with an incredibly rich history behind it.
Key Duties:
- Offer expert legal advice on civil litigation and dispute resolution matters
- Handle disputes related to residential landlord and tenant issues
- Manage commercial property lease conflicts
- Advise on contractual disputes, including breach of contract and enforcement
- Provide guidance on consumer rights and manage related litigation cases
- Address boundary disputes between neighbouring properties
- Resolve conflicts involving neighbouring property rights and usage
Our client is open to candidates with a range of experience, considering those from 2 to 6 years PQE, as they aim to grow their successful department.
