Are you a technically minded Group Accountant looking for a flexible part-time role in a dynamic and creative environment? Sheridan Maine is partnering with a global business to find an experienced Group Management Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional to join a vibrant team and contribute to the financial success of the organisation.

Responsibilities of the Group Management Accountant include:

  • Group consolidation: Consolidate monthly financials from 4 UK entities and 1 US entity.
  • Analyse Actuals vs Budget/Forecast with insightful commentary.
  • Business partnering: Collaborate with department heads on budget management.
  • Manage daily cash balances and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Produce detailed management accounts and conduct balance sheet reviews.
  • Analyse revenue and trends from the Top 10 clients to provide strategic insights.
  • Oversee intercompany reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Provide support to local Financial Controllers/Directors at subsidiaries.
  • Assist with monthly reporting and the preparation of annual statutory accounts.

The successful Group Management Accountant will require:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Working Arrangement:

  • 4-day work week.
  • 1 day in the office (Soho, Central London).
  • 3 days working from home (WFH).
  • Prorated to £52k
