Night Transport Administrator (Lutterworth)
~ Permanent ~ Monday to Friday ~ Immediate Start
Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire
Pay rate: £27,000 - £30,000 Per Year Dependant on Experience
Transport Administrator Job role:
1. Utilise a variety of excel spreadsheets inputting accurate data
2. To assist and support in all areas of general administration within a Transport and customer service environment
3. Checking delivery driver sheets and paperwork
4. Carrying out vehicle checks and inspections
5. Updating the in house operating system
6. Speak with drivers & customers to resolve any potential issues or queries.
7. General Administration duties.
8. Assist Transport Manager with various tasks
Shift pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 22:30 - 06:30
What we are looking for in a Transport Planner/Admin:
1. Strong IT skills with the ability to Operate Word, Excel and Outlook
2. High level of organisation and time management skills
3. Attention to detail and accuracy of data submitted
4. Ability to adapt to different processes and task
5. Strong communication skills both verbal and written
6. A knowledge of EU driver's hours rules and WTD
