Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all site activities, ensuring projects are executed according to the schedule and specifications.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage site teams, including subcontractors and tradespeople, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring all work complies with relevant regulations, codes, and company standards.
- Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on new builds and residential refurbishments.

Certifications: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential. First Aid certification is highly desirable.
