Our client is a high street firm near the Preston area who are looking for an NQ-2 Year PQE Solicitor to join a Dispute Resolution team.
The dispute team covers a range of:
- Company & commercial litigation
- Property litigation
- Contested wills & probate
- Boundary disputes
- Landlord & Tenant
- Harassment
- Defamation
- Contract disputes
- Professional Negligence claims
- Intellectual Property
- Medical Negligence claims
