Job Purpose:
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring that client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. With a focus on understanding client risk profiles and industry-specific needs, you will work closely with our team to develop comprehensive insurance proposals and deliver exceptional customer service. Your role will also involve staying updated on industry trends and market conditions to best serve our clients and contribute to the growth of our brokerage.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Meeting or exceeding annual sales targets for new business acquisition and existing account retention.
  • Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through regular communication and by providing timely and effective solutions to client inquiries and issues.
  • Generating a specified number of qualified leads and new business opportunities within the commercial insurance market.
  • Consistently expanding the portfolio of commercial clients through effective prospecting, networking, and building strong relationships within the industry.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of insurance products and industry regulations to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of strategic business plans to drive growth and increase market presence.
