We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for a Mobile Cleaner Our client is a leading maintenance company that offers exceptional cleaning services to the Property Management industry.
What You Can Expect
- Location - Stevenage area but will travel into London
- Salary - £27,000

Key Responsibilities as a Mobile Cleaner
- Responsible for the high-level cleaning and maintenance of external and internal communal areas within residential apartment blocks.
- Provide a high standard of customer service.
- Ability to work alone, and pro-actively arrange your schedule, working within a busy schedule, ensuring the communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
- Help assess for maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting defects and undertaking routine safety and fire safety checks (training provided).
Core Experience and Skills
- Excellent communication skills, and can work as part of a flexible and dedicated team with a proactive and adaptable approach
- You will live in or around the?Maidstone area?to enable the best practical location
- You will hold a current and full Driving License (essential as you will be required to use a company van).
- You will have experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames
