Junior Commercial Manager
- Annual Salary: £25,000
- Location: Chessington/Tolworth
- Job Type: Temporary (9-12 months), Hybrid (remote working after training)
- Working Hours: 35 hours per week
We are seeking a Junior Commercial Manager to support our client's Commercial Team. This role involves a significant amount of reporting and administrative duties, as well as the day-to-day management of our Data Management Suite. You will also manage relationships with a selection of Health & Beauty manufacturers to drive sales and meet margin and income targets.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Support the Health & Beauty Commercial Team with daily reporting and administrative tasks.
- Jointly manage the Data Management Suite, ensuring product and price changes, promotional plans, and new lines are accurately managed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with a small selection of Health & Beauty manufacturers.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop a market-leading range selection and commercial pricing.
- Manage the product life cycle to maximise sales and achieve departmental targets.
- Analyse data to inform decision-making and improve commercial outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a commercial or administrative role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Competency in using data management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
