Join Our Team as an Amazon Sales Administrator!

Location: Harrow
Salary: £35,000 - £45,700
Working Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch break)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Amazon Sales Administrator to join our team. You will manage our Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listings & Orders: Create new product listings and process orders using Amazon software.
  • Data Management: Resolve data errors such as pricing, EAN codes, and product codes.
  • Dispute Resolution: Manage disputes related to shortages and price claims.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate all deliveries with logistics and the warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory for Amazon accounts.
  • Reporting & Promotions: Produce reports for management and implement promotional activities.
  • Customer Service: Answer phone calls, assist customers with their queries, handle reviews, complaints, and return requests.
  • E-commerce Development: Develop and manage our other e-commerce accounts, including eBay.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks required by the company.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience processing Amazon FBA orders.
  • Expertise in Amazon listing optimisation and PPC.
  • Experience with Amazon Marketing Services, including campaigns and product launches.
  • Strong inventory management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
