Up to £35,000 depending on experience. Work from office in Aylesbury Buckinghamshire

We are looking for an Office Manager who will take up bookkeeping and administration duties to drive and support our Social Care Organisation Working close to the Directors and Management of the Company.You will be an experienced bookkeeper with good business support knowledge.

The key role responsibilities of Office Manager (Bookkeeping Administration Coordinator Business /HR Partner:)

Mainly supporting accounts and have a sound knowledge of bookkeeping

Financial Tasks of Office Manager

  • Assist in managing office budgets, expenses, and invoices.
  • Process and track expenses, petty cash and invoices.
  • Collaborate with the finance administrator to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Support accountant in supplying timesheets, expenses and mileage.

Additional duties include

Screening CVs effectively to ensure criteria are met
Booking interviews, as well as handling all candidate communications and delivering an exceptional candidate
Managing social media to attract talent
Work with senior management to continually improve processes

Organise staff training and development and manage the training matrix.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Professional and friendly demeanour with a client-oriented mindset.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Ability to juggle heavy workload in a busy environment
Must have strong admin and software skills even Human Resources experience would be useful

Must have experience and knowledge of safer recruitment. (DBS checks, gaining references etc..)

Qualifications for Office Manager (Bookkeeping Administration Coordinator Business /HR Partner:)

Relevant Business/administration/bookkeeping courses/training

This role would suit someone who is familiar to health and social care but not essential
