About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will act as a key link between business operations and technical teams, translating business needs into practical system solutions. Success in this role will rely on your capacity to lead workshops, engage with stakeholders, and apply development frameworks like Waterfall, Agile, or Kanban.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in: process analysis, requirement gathering, and drafting technical specifications.
  • Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Kanban development environments.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-Starter: Motivated for continuous learning and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical design documents.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and operational departments to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and recommend solutions.
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring updates and progress tracking.
  • Support testing efforts, including test scope identification, test case execution, and defect reporting.
