Conveyancing Paralegal
Adecco are delighted to be working with a legal client who are seeking a talented and motivated Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team. Responsibilities:
- Assisting fee-earners in managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
- Carrying out property searches, speaking with clients, and drafting sale contracts.
- Preparing and submitting stamp duty land tax returns and land registry applications.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Assisting with post-completion matters, including file closure, billing, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
- Proficient in using industry-specific software and IT systems.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining client confidentiality.
