Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock management and conduct quarterly stock takes with the warehouse team.
  • Gather market intelligence with the sales team and organise stock accordingly with head office.
  • Monthly stock meeting with head office.
  • Arrange and book deliveries for the UK, Europe and the UAE.
  • Negotiate site contracts and manage external contractors.
  • Purchase locally sourced parts and accessories from suppliers.
  • Process and manage orders through to dispatch ensuring all ordered items are available for required dates.
  • Follow-up calls and emails to clients upon deliveries being completed.
  • Work closely with customers and build strong working relationships.
  • Conduct supplier reviews and negotiate SLAs.
  • Accounts support with chasing debtors.
  • Uploading service reports to the service platform.
  • Arranging engineers for warranty calls.
  • Managing the daily meetings with the operations team and the sales team.

  • Excellent problem solving skills.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience in business management.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes would be an advantage.
  • Understanding of logistics/warehousing or eagerness to learn.
  • Exceptional MS Excel and MS package skills.
