**Qualifications:
- Education: Advanced academic background in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Computer Science from a top university.
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or quantitative trading.
- Skills: Proficiency in data processing tools such as Python, R, and Excel. Familiarity with major cryptocurrency exchange APIs.
- Expertise: Experience in linear arbitrage or quantitative research/trading is preferred.
- Interest: Strong interest in web3.0 and cryptocurrency markets, with a good understanding of cryptocurrency trading and risk management.
