Currently looking for a couple of Dynamics Functional Consultants with a focus on either Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE). Working with a leading consultancy on a 3-month contract, with a strong potential for extension. This role is fully remote and falls outside of IR35.
Dynamics F&O Consultant:
- Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Proven track record of implementing and optimizing F&O modules.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into Dynamics solutions.
Dynamics CE Consultant:
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Experience in implementing CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Expertise in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE to meet client needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Dynamics 365.
- Lead or support the implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O or CE modules, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
