  • **Shift Coordination:** Efficiently manage and schedule candidates for various shifts, ensuring all positions are filled promptly and accurately.
  • **Client Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • **Rota Management:** Oversee and manage rotas, ensuring that all shifts are covered and any gaps are addressed swiftly.
  • **Candidate Relationship Building:** Develop long-term relationships with candidates, understanding their preferences and career goals to match them with the best opportunities.
  • **Communication:** Act as the main point of contact for both candidates and clients, providing timely and professional communication.
  • **Problem Solving:** Address any issues or conflicts that arise with scheduling or client needs, providing effective solutions to maintain smooth operations.
  • **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of candidate availability, client requirements, and shift allocations using our internal systems.
  • **Compliance:** Ensure all candidates meet compliance standards and are fully vetted before placement.

  • Proven experience in a coordination or scheduling role, preferably within the healthcare or staffing industry.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
