Description
- Full responsibility of compliance and safeguarding
- First point of contact for recruitment and selection process
- Handling employee relations matters
- Supporting in performance management procedures
- Liaise with the school's legal advisors
- Coordinating training and development initiatives
- Managing HR records and reporting
- Contributing to the overall HR team objectives
Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
- HR experience in education
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field (CIPD level 3 minimum)
- Experience of Ofsted and/ or ISI inspections
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the education sector
- Experience with full employee lifecycle
- Excellent understanding of HR best practices and compliance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- A proactive attitude and likes to stay busy
- Must have full driving license and car
