A Science Technician is needed in an All-Girls Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London.
This Science Technician post will be full time and long term.
The main responsibilities for this Science Technician role will include but not be limited to:
- Preparing practical lessons in line with Health & Safety standards
- Safely organising and storing Science resources
- Using ICT to log activity across Science lessons
- Disposing of laboratory materials properly
- Ensuring maintenance of the Science facilities by communicating with the Site Manager
- Working cohesively with all members of the team
The rates of pay this Science Technician position will range from £90 to £120 a day, depending on the experiences and qualifications of each applicant.

Requirements
You are welcome to apply if you are a Science Graduate who has worked in a lab environment before or are an experienced Science Technician.
Applications are also encouraged if you are a British trained Science Technician or overseas trained Science Technician.
All applicants must have the following as a must in order to be considered for this position as a Science Technician:
- Right to work in the UK
- Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
- Lab based experience, preferably in a UK Secondary School
- Accredited Science Degree from a UK university or overseas equivalent
