Our client, a prestigious and leading law firm based in Central London, is seeking a Newly Qualified (NQ) Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their highly regarded Property department. The firm is well-known for delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and prominent property developers.

Role Overview:
As an NQ Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will play a key role in handling a variety of residential property transactions. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload under the supervision of senior solicitors, ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and effectively, maintaining the firm's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents.
  • Conducting property searches and advising clients on the results.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Contributing to the firm's business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) with experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legal principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A proactive approach to work and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
