Nursery Nurse Position - Level 3 Qualification Required

Position: Nursery Nurse
Location: Sunderland
Contract: Full Time, Temporary
Start Date: 20th May
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment in line with EYFS standards.
- Plan and supervise activities like arts and crafts, music and cooking.
- Help children to develop their literacy and numeracy skills.
- Monitor children's progress, and identify and deal with any issues.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings.
- Uphold the nursery's reputation for high-quality care.
Qualifications:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (e.g., NVQ or equivalent).
- Experience in a nursery setting.
- An understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Current DBS check.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- A positive approach to learning and development.
