Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Customer Service Advisor. This is a contract position working full time hours.
The job:
Providing customer service handling incoming calls and enquiries for our client
Signposting for services within the client, handling complaints if they arise
Taking payments over the phone, assisting with applications and form completion
General ad hoc administrative tasks as required by management
The candidate:
Experience working in a call centre/contact centre environment
Public sector environment experience would be preferred
