Property Manager
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a leading Estate Agency looking after properties in affluent areas of London such as Kensingtion & Chelsea, Westminster and Southwest London.
We are looking for an individual who thrives on taking responsibility and enjoys working independently, although training and support is on hand, combined with excellent systems to assist with operating efficiently.
On offer is a competitive basic salary of £40,000 + Performance related bonus.
To be considered for this opportunity we are hoping to speak to ambitious and customer focused Block/Property Managers with a strong track record across key disciplines. Qualifications in ARLA or IRPM would be a distinct advantage and you must possess a full UK driving licence.
