Have you got experience with managing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure ISO 9001 compliance? We are looking for an operational supervisor to manage our clients inventory control and procurement function whilst ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
The successful candidate will have a strong operational management background and a keen eye for detail, to successfully lead their direct reports.
Title: Operations Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Location: Reading

Responsibilities:
- Maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 9120 standards.
- Resolve any quality issues
- Raise and action improvements to the quality management systems
- Conduct internal audits
- Develop quality control processes
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee procurement functions
- Manage and support the team by monitoring KPIs and conducting team meetings
- Ensure accurate data is recorded
- Oversee warehouse operations and ensure health and safety compliance
Skills and experience:
- Experience of ISO9001 quality compliance and management
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A good leader
- Excellent organisation skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
