Private Client Secretary Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to private client lawyers
- Undertake general office-based administrative duties
- Welcome office visitors professionally and manage incoming calls efficiently
- Process card payments and handle client identification
- Offer remote dictation support to fee earners in other offices as required
- Manage conflicting demands calmly and professionally
Private Client Secretary Requirements:
- Previous secretarial experience preferred
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload
- Strong initiative and ability to work well under pressure
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Positive and proactive approach to work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
