PMO - Front Office, IB
Location: London
Rate: £350- 400pd via Umbrella Company
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in the office
Role Overview:
We are seeking a PMO with front office investment banking experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project plans and taking ownership of the full project management lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project plans and ensure governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilise Excel and PowerPoint effectively to support project activities.
- Contribute to the team by tracking milestones and maintaining up-to-date project information.
- Support a large book of work in a fast-paced environment.
- Apply product knowledge across various domains, with any relevant experience being advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong soft skills, including influencing, communication, and stakeholder management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in front office investment banking PMO roles is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
