Services Consultant
- Job Type: Contract, initially 6 months
- Location: Mostly remote - offices in Basingstoke and London (occasional travel to these)
- Day Rate: Circa £225 per day (Umbrella Company)
Seeking a services Consultant to join a global telecommunications and cloud solutions provider. Joining their professional services team the chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of their Managed/Professional Services and service to their customers.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for operational strategy, data analysis, and sales support, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Day to Day of the role:
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategic initiatives for the Managed Services organisation.
- Define, implement, and optimise processes and workflows to improve operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Analyse customer data and trends to identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and customer retention.
- Develop and deliver insightful reports and presentations to customers and senior leadership.
- Partner with Sales to align Managed Services processes and systems, and collaborate on training programs to enhance sales skills within the team.
- Implement enablement programs and tools, provide ongoing training, and drive adoption of customer success platforms and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Managed Services, or a related field, with a focus on operational excellence and strategy.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven track record in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in a high-growth environment, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other sales and customer success tools.
