My client in Dorchester, is a leading car dealership on the South Coast who is committed to providing exceptional customer service and a wide range of new and used vehicles. My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join their team in Dorchester.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert guidance on vehicle selection, financing options, and after-sales services.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Participate in dealership marketing and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new and used car sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for the automotive industry.
- FCA accreditation (preferred but not essential).
