The brand is gaining traction within Europe and has some impressive growth plans for the next 18 months - this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, progressive and exciting business.
This is a hybrid role based in Durham.
The Role:
- Creation of our retail campaign pack to bring the brand plan to life instore and online
- Creation and execution of the assets required for the supporting promotional plan
- Creation and execution of tailored annual marketing plan with 6-8 key accounts
- Selling tool creation to ensure the sales team have the selling tools they require
- Design and creation of POS & planograms
- Weekly email comms to trade partners, management of Mailchimp and monitoring of success
- Prospecting Comms
- Creating our quarterly strategic comms to trade and prospects
- Internal comms across the business celebrating success
- Market intelligence gathering
The Person:
Ruffwear are looking for a 'high-performance' individual to join the team, passion is key and an appetite for success!
Someone that is able to make a difference, has a winning mentality, strong communicator and tenacious!
A creative copywriter able to adapt assets, produce monthly campaigns, strategic comms, liaise with free-lance graphic designer to adapt global assets. Keen eye for detail & adaptable.
Some able to work with autonomy, be able to push back and think creatively with the ability to plan and organise – someone that is ambitious and has drive to accelerate this brand forward within Europe.
You will be looking for an autonomous role where they can make significant impact
Have at least 3 years' experience in Trade Marketing
Have excellent copywriting skills
Be able to produce assets using tools such as Canva
Know how to use Mailchimp or equivalent (front and backend)
