Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm , Friday 9am - 4.30pm

The Role
This is a very diverse role, where you will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process and be a pivotal part of the team
- Account Management: You will be engaging with a robust and loyal customer base. Cultivating and nurturing relationships and proactively re-engaging with lapsed accounts
- Customer Service: Managing customer enquiries which would involve providing information about the products, prices, and services
- Sales Co-ordination: Supporting the sales process, which will include liaising with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled and shipped out on time
- Internal Sales: Identifying opportunities to cross sell and upsell products and generate new leads
Skills Profile
- Experience of working as an Account Manager, Sales Co-ordinator or Internal Sales in a Business-to-business capacity
- Has a customer centric attitude and committed to providing an excellent service
- Comfortable making proactive sales calls
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
