We're recruiting for an Interim Health and Safety Manager on behalf of an esteemed educational institution, offering an exciting opportunity to oversee critical safety initiatives across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all Health and Safety matters across the organisation's multi-site locations.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, audits, and inspections, ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations.
- Provide expert guidance on public sector statutory duties regarding Health and Safety.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Health and Safety policies in collaboration with senior management.
- Lead investigations into safety incidents and ensure corrective actions are properly executed.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager, ideally within an educational or public sector setting.
- In-depth knowledge of multi-site operations and HSE compliance.
- Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results across multiple projects.
