**Job Overview:

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects for our clients on time, within scope, and budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met. Thie role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of IT project methodologies and technologies.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day operations, manage project teams, and ensure all project activities are executed efficiently.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently, and financial goals are met.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Post-Project Review: Conduct project evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in a consultancy or multi-client environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
