We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our client's dynamic HR team in Knutsford. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your HR career within a supportive environment, with the potential to move from a temporary to a permanent position.

The Role
As the HR Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day HR and recruitment administration for various business units. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing HR admin tasks such as offers, contracts, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records in the HR system.
  • Conducting right-to-work checks and background screenings.
  • Placing job adverts, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Supporting new starters through the induction process and ensuring all equipment and facilities are ready.
  • Providing basic HR guidance and escalating issues when necessary.

About You
The ideal candidate will be a confident and approachable HR professional with previous experience in HR, payroll, or recruitment admin. You will need to be highly organised, capable of managing a busy workload, and proficient in using MS Office and HR systems.
