The Role
As the HR Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day HR and recruitment administration for various business units. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing HR admin tasks such as offers, contracts, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Maintaining accurate employee records in the HR system.
- Conducting right-to-work checks and background screenings.
- Placing job adverts, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Supporting new starters through the induction process and ensuring all equipment and facilities are ready.
- Providing basic HR guidance and escalating issues when necessary.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a confident and approachable HR professional with previous experience in HR, payroll, or recruitment admin. You will need to be highly organised, capable of managing a busy workload, and proficient in using MS Office and HR systems.
