- Be able to provide weekly health and safety reports that are accurate and detailed.
- Be able to lead and motivate the night team ensuring that all SOPs and procedures are followed.
- Comprehensive understanding of the SOPs, reporting, procedures, HIU bookings and all other administrative tasks.
- Initiative and a calm outlook, dealing with pressure adequately and being able to manage and stand on his or her own two feet.
