We have a temporary opportunity for a top EA to join a private equity firm based in the West End. This is a temporary position and there will be lots of adhoc temping opportunities for the right person. Previous experience working within a Private Equity firm is mandatory as well as being a fully established EA, with the ability to demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Main duties include but are not limited to:
- Complex diary management
- Arranging international conference calls
- Travel and accommodation booking
- Arranging board meetings
- Document preparation
- Expenses
Key attributes:
- A proven EA with strong organisational skills
- A team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience working within Private Equity or a high level financial services organisation
