Ashley Kate HR are partnering with a well-known retailer on their search for a People Partner to join the team on a Full time and Permanent basis.
Based on site at their head office in Coventry for 3 days a week, and includes travel to their other site down south this role is paying £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this role requires an experienced operational HR Generalist who will support the HR function in providing practical, solution focused advice on general HR and People matters. You will also be responsible for managing all employee relations issues and be comfortable with end to end case management. You will be the go to person for managers so you will need to provide expert advice and support in relation to HR policies and procedures and ensuring they are implemented across the business.
Alongside this you will work closely with the rest of the HR team on projects such as engagement initiatives, and development planning processes, identifying and monitoring any areas of HR improvement and ensuring improvement in line with HR action plans. As well as, being confident with Excel, and having the confidence analysing data and reporting on all aspects of HR to Senior managers and the CEO, and identifying HR policy development changes needed to ensure excellent HR service and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of HR regulatory requirements, guidance and developments.
HR Advisor - About you:
- Proven, recent background operating in a generalist HR role and be able to provide support and guidance to managers around employee relations, policies and processes and recruitment queries.
- Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
- Happy to travel as and when required to another site down south
- Previous experience within a retail, logistics or similar environment
