Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and playful lessons for early years students.
- Monitor and celebrate student progress, sharing their achievements with teachers and parents.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and loved.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development.
- Participate in school activities and events, spreading joy and positivity.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching early years or similar age groups.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A strong commitment to early childhood education and student success.
