Our Client provides investment services through intermediaries into the retail financial services sector with over £50 billion of funds under direction. Hybrid working.

Portfolio Administration.

Providing clients, with a high quality service, answering calls and live chats from clients promptly,

Carrying out instructions received via post, and Online also e-mail within the agreed timescales

Prioritising and managing your workload throughout the day.

Supply all the information needed on the first contact efficiently and accurately, imaking sure it is understood by the client.·

Relationship Management

Resolving complaints and errors quickly, sensitively and accurately following up promptly and keeping the client informed. Ensuring that a client's query is answered in full.Identifying and supporting vulnerable clients to ensure that they meet their financial objectives.

The Candidate

Previous experience in client facing or customer service-based role.

Disirable

Experience of providing direct service to financial advisers or direct toprivate client investors the public

Ideally a minimum of 18 months financial services experience,and knowlege of the standard products that are used by investors, pensions, bonds, individual savings accounts,

Rewards:

Salary £32,500 increasing 10% on 2nd year if all KPi's are met.and benefits plus bonus and training to develop, structured career path support with industry qualifications.
