Are you a highly orgainised professional, with 1-2 years of HR admin experience, looking to work for an established company that offers remote working?

We are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a company based in Brighton on a full-time basis. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm (however they could consider 30 hours per week pro rata). This is a remote position 90% of the time, however you must be able to reach Brighton or London offices at least twice a month for meetings. The salary is between £27k-£30k (DOE).

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing the HR inbox and responding to emails efficiently
  • Maintaining records, letters/document templates on the HR system
  • Assisting with recruitment for the company, such as creating job adverts, screening CV's, and arranging interviews
  • Onboarding new staff and offboarding leavers
  • Completing Right to Work Checks and References
  • Supporting Managers with disagreements, complaints, and grievances for staff
  • Keeping staff handbook updated and flagging documents that need updating
  • Liaising with the finance department in producing monthly payroll schedules and salary updates
  • First point of contact for staff with concerns on working arrangements and benefits, etc.
  • Providing other ad hoc tasks as and when required

To be successful for this role, you must have strong HR admin experience, providing efficient support to a busy department. You must be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and have strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
