HR Manager

Our client is a highly successful global business, now seeking to recruit an experienced operational HR Manager to join their HR department and someone who has a real focus and interest on international Talent; attracting the best talent, supporting and developing key talent in the business and have direct experience in leading HR initiatives, building strong relationships with stakeholders, upskilling managers and building effective teams.

The HR Manager will report to the Head of HR and play a key role supporting the development and implementation of the strategic HR vision working across the following key disciplines; Employee Relations - resolving conflicts, managing complex HR cases, dealing with issues supporting through training/mediation and coaching managers.

Change Management - leading and supporting on change initiatives.

HR Policies - regularly reviewing and updating HR policies and assuring compliance.

Employee engagement - Playing an integral part in implementing, embedding and demonstrating commitment to Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and developing new initiatives. Getting involved in international projects and implementing HR tech solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Talent Management - taking responsibility for putting the right process in place to ensure Managers are attracting the best talent, supporting performance management processes, ensuring the candidate journey is an easy transition and future development and retention of key Talent is achieved. Supporting and working with Managers on the recruitment process, identifying training needs and implementing initiatives and programs, offering overall guidance on career development. Making sure that data capture is correctly managed and kept up to date. Take a real interest and lead on compliancy and guidance when recruiting and placing staff on an international basis, work closely with compensation and benefits.

This role offers a broad HR experience and direct involvement across key areas of HR that will allow the individual to have real impact and able to make a difference. The HR position involves working with a range of different stakeholders and taking responsibility in key areas to allow the HRM to potentially make a difference and achieve the high level of standard of service this organisation is well known for. A great opportunity for an ambitious HR Manager who has a real interest in Talent and HR compliance together with a strong operational HR generalist background.

Skills required: -

The ideal candidate will have a strong operational HR generalist background, the desire and ability to achieve goals, "make stuff happen".

CIPD level 5 (min).

Adept and disciplined in using a people management systems and Applicant Tracking System.

Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, regulations, and practices, substantial experience with employee relation case work.

Proven track record operating in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, organisational skills are essential.

Ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks, work to tight deadlines is key.

A strong team player, can quickly achieve credibility with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Must have the ability to work effectively, with excellent attention to detail.

An ambitious team player, great sense of humour - a 'can-do' attitude: willing to "get stuck in" and take charge of tasks big or small, and always focused on problem solving and finding solutions.

THE BENEFITS:

Salary: £40,000 - £45.000 plus good benefits
