Award winning boutique Commercial Litigation law firm with a growing London office seeks a new Junior Litigation Legal PA to support an incredibly busy Partner and Senior Legal PA:
- Salary to £30,000
- 5 days a week office based
- 9:30am – 5:30pm
Junior Litigation Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
- Making travel arrangements
- Managing and editing legal documents
- Scheduling and diarising meetings
- Dealing with expenses
- Time entry
- Dealing with expenses and posting client invoices
Junior Litigation Legal PA Key Skills and Requirements:
- Previous legal litigation experience (ideally 2-3 years' experience)
- Proactive and organised
- Strong MS Office and digital dictation
- Experience with gatekeeping and organising own allocation
