French Speaking Customer Service Advisor

£25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum
Our client are recruiting for an experienced French speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team!
Customer Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for all incoming calls, actioning promptly and make outbound calls to customers
- Liaising with customers in French
- Respond to internal and external enquiries via email and phone
- Input orders via email, over the phone and electronic ordering system - manage customer accounts
- Invoicing and dealing with Export Documentation for customs clearance
- Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
- Administrative tasks including keeping the CRM, Smartsheet updated and working with reports on Power BI
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will:
- Be fluent in English and French
- German speaking would be an advantage
- Have excellent phone manner and customer service experience
- Be willing to learn about company products and the logistics offered
- Be able to work well within a team, building strong relationships
- Be IT literate, with experience in Microsoft Office packages (Essential) and CRM, Power Bi and Smartsheet (beneficial)
