This is an opportunity to become part of a well-established nationwide property company based in Manchester as they are looking to fill their Lettings Negotiator.
We are looking for a someone who has experience as a Lettings Negotiator, who wants to join our growing dynamic team in the role and help contribute to an already successful Manchester team. The duties that you will be required to carry out fulfilling the Lettings Negotiator for our outstanding company in Manchester are as follows:
- Dealing with lettings enquiries
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Following up with accurate and productive feedback to our clients
- Negotiating offers
- Lettings progression
- Diary management
The Requirements:
- Exceptional time management
- Lettings experience is essential
- Drivers Licence
- Excellent Written, Oral and presentation skills
- Competent on the phone
- Passion for property
